The invention discloses a curing agent and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of sludge curing. The curing agent comprises the following components: a bacterium-derived urease solution, industrial solid waste material particles and a solid activator, and the industrial solid waste material particles comprise ardealite, slag and fly ash; the solid exciting agent comprises quick lime, calcium chloride and urea. According to the technical scheme, urea in the solid exciting agent is decomposed to generate calcium carbonate by adopting the bacterium-derived urease solution, so that the calcium carbonate chemically reacts with quick lime and calcium chloride to generate calcium carbonate precipitate; the industrial solid waste particles are adopted, pores of the curing agent are enlarged, and generated calcium carbonate precipitates provide more attachment points, so that the curing effect is enhanced, the reinforcing uniformity is improved, and the overall strength of the sludge is improved.
本发明公开一种固化剂及其制备方法以及应用,涉及淤泥固化领域。所述固化剂包括以下组分:菌源性脲酶溶液、工业固废材料颗粒以及固体激发剂,其中,工业固废材料颗粒包括磷石膏、矿渣及粉煤灰;固体激发剂包括生石灰、氯化钙及尿素。本发明的技术方案中,通过采用菌源性脲酶溶液,分解固体激发剂中的尿素产生碳酸钙,从而与生石灰及氯化钙发生化学反应生成碳酸钙沉淀;通过采用工业固体废料颗粒,增大固化剂的孔隙,生成的碳酸钙沉淀提供更多的附着点,从而加强固化效果,改善加固均匀性,提升淤泥的整体强度。
