The invention provides a manufacturing method of a composite ceramic substrate and the composite ceramic substrate. The manufacturing method of the composite ceramic substrate comprises the following steps: providing a first green film which is an aluminum oxide green film; providing a second green body film, wherein the second green body film is prepared from a first mixture comprising aluminum oxide and yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide; providing a third green body film, wherein the third green body film is prepared from a second mixture comprising aluminum oxide and lanthanum oxide; a composite green body having a multilayer structure is manufactured by laminating a first green body film, a second green body film, and a third green body film, in the composite green body, the first green body film is disposed between the second green body film and the third green body film to separate the second green body film from the third green body film; and sintering the composite green body to obtain the composite ceramic substrate with the laminated structure. According to the manufacturing method of the composite ceramic substrate provided by the invention, the bending strength of the obtained composite ceramic substrate is remarkably enhanced, and the mechanical property is excellent.
本发明提供的一种复合陶瓷基板的制造方法及复合陶瓷基板。所述复合陶瓷基板的制造方法包括提供第一生坯膜,第一生坯膜为氧化铝生坯膜;提供第二生坯膜,第二生坯膜由包括氧化铝和钇稳定氧化锆的第一混合料制成;提供第三生坯膜,第三生坯膜由包括氧化铝和氧化镧的第二混合料制成;通过第一生坯膜、第二生坯膜以及第三生坯膜层叠制造具有多层结构的复合坯体,其中,在复合坯体中,第一生坯膜设置在所述第二生坯膜和所述第三生坯膜之间,以将第二生坯膜和第三生坯膜隔开;对复合坯体进行烧结处理,从而得到具有叠层结构的复合陶瓷基板。根据本发明提供的复合陶瓷基板的制造方法,获得的复合陶瓷基板抗弯强度显著增强,力学性能优异。
