Machine-made sand concrete construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of machine-made sand concrete. The construction method comprises the following steps: preparing the machine-made sand concrete; preparing a regulator of the machine-made sand concrete; mixing zigzag steel fibers and polyethylene fibers to obtain mixed fibers; the method comprises the following steps: mixing 45-60 parts by mass of cement, 30-42 parts by mass of fly ash, 140-150 parts by mass of machine-made sand and 78-95 parts by mass of gravel, adding a polycarboxylic acid water reducer and water, continuously stirring and mixing, finally adding 0.5-0.9 part by mass of a regulator, and stirring for 2 hours to obtain the machine-made sand concrete. Transportation of the machine-made sand concrete: adopting a concrete mixer for transportation; pouring the machine-made sand concrete: before pouring, checking that the water-binder ratio of the machine-made sand concrete meets the water-binder ratio of the machine-made sand concrete, and then pouring; and maintaining the machine-made sand concrete. According to the construction method, the ratio of the machine-made sand is optimized, the impermeability and compressive strength of the machine-made sand concrete are improved, the toughness is enhanced, and the bleeding rate is reduced.
