The roadbed filling construction device comprises a vehicle body, a road pressing roller and a mud scraping assembly, the road pressing roller and the mud scraping assembly are arranged on one side of the vehicle body, the road pressing roller rolls along with movement of the vehicle body, and the mud scraping assembly comprises a cleaning part, a mud scraping plate and a driving telescopic rod arranged on the vehicle body. The cleaning part comprises a pair of cleaning plates which are oppositely arranged up and down, the top of the cleaning plate located at the high position and the bottom of the cleaning plate located at the low position are both connected with the vehicle body, and the mud scraping end of the mud scraping plate penetrates through the pair of cleaning plates and then is close to the surface of the road pressing roller; one end, far away from the mud scraping end, of the mud scraping plate is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the driving telescopic rod; wherein the vertical distance between the pair of cleaning plates is slightly greater than the thickness of the mud scraping plate. The mud scraping device has the beneficial effects that mud attached to the mud scraping plate can be removed, and the mud scraping effect of the mud scraping plate is guaranteed.
