Hinge structure capable of rotating vertically and moving transversely
The invention discloses a vertical rotating and transverse moving hinge structure which comprises a hinge shaft/transverse moving track, a supporting system and a pre-embedded anchoring system, the pre-embedded anchoring system is composed of anchor bars and a pre-embedded steel plate, the anchor bars are fixed to one face of the pre-embedded steel plate, the other face of the pre-embedded steel plate is machined into a groove, and a check block is arranged at a groove opening; the method is used as a secondary insurance measure of the inclined support system; one end of the supporting system is welded to the embedded steel plate, a protruding strip is arranged at the end of the supporting system, and the check block abuts against the protruding strip. The other end of the supporting system is fixedly connected with a hinged shaft/transverse moving rail; the outer surface of the hinged shaft/transverse moving rail is a smooth surface, and the smooth surface is used for being in sliding or rotating fit with a steel arch. The vertical rotating hinge has the technical effects and advantages that 1, the vertical rotating hinge can be used as a vertical rotating hinge in the steel arch splicing process; 2, the steel arch can be supported on a temporary skewback after being formed; and 3, a transverse moving track can be formed when the steel arch is dismantled.
本发明公开了竖转横移铰结构,包括铰轴/横移轨道、支撑体系、预埋锚固体系,所述预埋锚固体系由锚筋和预埋钢板组成,预埋钢板一面固定有锚筋,另一面加工成凹槽且槽口处设有挡块;作为斜向支撑体系的二次保险措施;所述支撑体系一端焊接于预埋钢板,且端部设有凸条,挡块抵挡于凸条上;所述支撑体系一端另一端固定连接铰轴/横移轨道;所述铰轴/横移轨道外表面为光滑面,光滑面用于和钢拱架滑动或者转动配合。本发明的技术效果和优点:1、可以同时满足钢拱架拼装过程时作为竖转铰用;2、可以同时满足钢拱架成型后支撑在临时拱座上;3、可以满足钢拱架拆除时做横移轨道。
