The multi-layer mutual shear mixing pile drilling machine comprises a drilling machine body, a power unit, a drill rod assembly, a drill bit assembly, a faucet, a grouting unit and a suspension device. The power unit comprises a single motor and a gear set; the drill rod assembly comprises an inner drill rod and an outer drill rod, and a grouting channel is formed in the inner drill rod; the drill bit assembly comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe, an outer stirring frame, a stirring wing plate and a drilling and digging wing plate, the inner drill rod and the outer drill rod rotate mutually under the driving of bidirectional rotation of the power unit, the stirring wing plate on the inner pipe and the stirring wing plate on the outer pipe are driven to shear mutually, and therefore uniform stirring of a soil body is achieved. According to the multi-layer mutual shearing mixing pile drilling machine, the cost can be effectively reduced, the size and weight of a power head are reduced, the output power of a single motor is larger, and the soil layer application range is wide; the drill bit can fully stir a soil body, and the multi-layer mutual shearing effect is better. The invention further provides a calculation method for the length of the guniting pipe and the diameter of the guniting opening and a pile forming construction method of the multi-layer mutual shear mixing pile drilling machine.
