According to the portable steel reinforcement cage positioner structure and the construction method thereof, the integrity of a steel reinforcement cage is ensured, the steel reinforcement cage positioner is mounted very conveniently and rapidly, the construction efficiency of the steel reinforcement cage is improved, and the construction quality of pile foundation engineering is improved.
