The invention discloses a novel assembly type retaining wall structure suitable for highway slope engineering and a construction method thereof.The retaining wall structure comprises a retaining wall base, a retaining wall frame, slide-resistant piles, anchor rods and anchor bolts, the retaining wall base, the retaining wall frame, the slide-resistant piles, the anchor rods and the anchor bolts can be prefabricated in a factory and then transported to a site to be assembled, and the retaining wall base and the retaining wall frame are in cylinder connection design; wide-angle adjustment of the inclination angle of the retaining wall frame can be achieved so as to adapt to side slopes with different inclination angles; the anti-slide piles, the retaining wall base and the retaining wall frame form a triangular stable structure, and meanwhile, the retaining wall can meet the side slope anti-slide requirement under the extreme condition by being matched with the anchor rods for use; the strip-shaped structure of the retaining wall base and the reserved holes (windows) of the retaining wall are favorable for saving materials and reducing the dead weight of the retaining wall, meanwhile, soil fixing plants can be planted through the plant planting reserved windows, and the effects of reducing water and soil loss and beautifying are achieved. The retaining wall base, the retaining wall frame and the slide-resistant piles can adopt different construction sequences and modes, and the slide-resistant piles have two types of reinforcement and non-reinforcement, so that the requirements under different engineering geological conditions are met. Compared with a traditional retaining wall, the retaining wall has the advantages that the material consumption is greatly reduced, the construction period is short, batch production is facilitated, the skid resistance is greatly improved, and the retaining wall adapts to complex working conditions.
本发明公开了一种适用于高速公路边坡工程的新型装配式挡墙结构及其施工方法,挡墙结构包括挡墙底座、挡墙框架、抗滑桩、锚杆、锚固螺栓,这些结构可在工厂预制后运往现场组装,其中挡墙底座与挡墙框架间的圆柱体连接设计,可实现挡墙框架倾角的大角度调节,以适应不同倾角的边坡;抗滑桩、挡墙底座、挡墙框架三者形成三角形稳定结构,同时配合锚杆的使用,可使挡墙满足极端情况下的边坡抗滑需求;挡墙底座的条形构造以及挡墙的各预留孔(窗口),都有利于节省用料、减轻挡土墙自重,同时通过植物种植预留窗口,可以种植固土植物,起到减轻水土流失和美化效果。挡墙底座、挡墙框架、抗滑桩可采取不同的施工顺序和方式,其中抗滑桩具有配筋和不配筋两种类型,以此适应不同的工程地质条件下的需求。此挡墙相比传统挡墙,具有极大减少材料用量、施工周期短、便于批量化生产、抗滑能力大幅提升、适应复杂工况等诸多优点。
