The gutter connecting structure between the daylighting skylight and the metal roof comprises a gutter, the daylighting skylight and an arc-shaped roof plate, the bottom end of the gutter is arranged on a main purline, side wall square pipes are arranged on the two sides of the gutter, the bottom ends of the side wall square pipes are welded to the main purline, and the edge of the gutter is in lap joint with the top faces of the side wall square pipes; a full-length fixing piece is arranged on the inner wall of the gutter, the full-length fixing piece is connected with an apron flashing through an aluminum alloy full-length buckling strip, the lower end of the apron flashing is bent inwards to form an acute angle, and the upper end of the apron flashing is matched with a daylighting skylight or an arc-shaped roof plate.
