The invention discloses a high-rise outer wall cleaning main machine which comprises a box body, a suspension supporting frame, an air pressure device, a scrubbing device and a moving device. When a high-rise outer wall is cleaned, the lifting trolley located on the roof is connected with the suspension supporting frame, so that the box body can move longitudinally, and longitudinal cleaning is achieved; the wind pressure device starts to work, the scrubbing device is tightly attached to the glass outer wall, the scrubbing device scrubs the glass outer wall, meanwhile, the box body is transversely moved through the moving device, and therefore transverse cleaning is achieved, the manual workload can be reduced, and the safety and loss of personnel and properties can be reduced; and the device can work safely and stably in a crosswind weather state.
