Concrete lining curing method
The invention discloses a concrete lining curing method. An adopted maintenance system comprises a walking supporting frame walking along the plane of a pouring site, a watering maintenance device and a control system, wherein the watering maintenance device and the control system are arranged on the walking supporting frame, and an environment monitoring device is further arranged on the walking supporting frame. The curing method comprises the following steps: measuring the moisture evaporation condition of the concrete surface in real time through the environment monitoring device, transmitting data to the control box, analyzing and calculating the moisture evaporation rate of the concrete surface, and performing linkage control on each device of the curing system according to a set reference value to perform timely and effective watering curing on the concrete lining. The system can monitor the surface moisture evaporation capacity of a cured area of early concrete in real time, feed data back to the control box for analysis, calculate the real-time value of the surface moisture evaporation rate of newly-poured concrete, and perform linkage feedback control on the integrated water tank and the automatic regulating valve to make a corresponding water spraying wet curing system according to a set control evaporation rate threshold judgment mode. And the concrete surface is automatically and efficiently cured in time.
本发明公开了一种混凝土衬砌养护方法。采用的养护系统包括沿浇筑场地平面行走的行走支撑架和设置于行走支撑架上的洒水养护装置和控制系统,行走支撑架上还设置有环境监测装置;养护方法包括通过环境监测装置实时测量混凝土表面水分蒸发情况,将数据传输至控制箱分析计算出混凝土表面水分蒸发速率,依照设定的参照值,联动控制养护系统各装置,对混凝土衬砌进行及时有效地洒水养护。本发明能够实时监测早期混凝土被养护区域表面水分蒸发量,将数据反馈给控制箱进行分析、计算新浇混凝土表面水分蒸发速率实时值,根据设定控制蒸发速率阈值判定模式,联动反馈控制集成水箱和自动调节阀做出相应喷水湿养制度,及时对混凝土表面实施自动高效养护。
