Method for preparing hydrophobic micro powder from solid waste and application of hydrophobic micro powder
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of concrete hydrophobing agents, and particularly discloses a method for preparing hydrophobic micro-powder from solid waste and application of the hydrophobic micro-powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) solid waste mainly containing silicon dioxide, a surface modifier and water are uniformly mixed and then stirred to react under the heating condition, a reaction system containing the modified solid waste is obtained, and the surface modifier is an alkaline substance; (2) adding a hydrophobic agent, a silicon hydroxyl-rich substance and a catalyst into the reaction system, stirring for reaction, separating out a solid-phase product after the reaction is finished, washing the solid-phase product to remove residual reaction liquid on the surface, drying and grinding to obtain the hydrophobic micro powder. According to the method, the solid waste is prepared into the concrete additive with stable hydrophobicity, hydrophobic concrete can be prepared, and the concrete additive has the functions of filling and improving the mechanical property of the concrete.
本发明涉及混凝土疏水剂制备技术领域,具体公开一种利用固体废弃物制备疏水微粉的方法及应用。所述方法包括如下步骤:(1)将以二氧化硅为主的固体废弃物、表面改性剂与水混匀后在加热条件下进行搅拌反应,得到含有改性固体废弃物的反应体系,所述表面改性剂为碱性物质。(2)在所述反应体系中加入疏水剂、富硅羟基物质和催化剂搅拌反应,反应结束后分离出固相产物,对其洗涤去除表面残留的反应液,烘干后磨细,即得疏水微粉。本发明的方法将固体废弃物制备成了具有稳定疏水性的混凝体添加剂,不仅能够制备疏水混凝土,而且兼具填料以及提高混凝土力学性能的作用。
