The invention discloses a high polymer composite grouting material for bridgehead water-rich roadbed void and a double-liquid grouting method thereof. The composite grouting material is prepared from polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, toluene diisocynate, polyether polyol 2000LM, kitchen waste oil, industrial triethanolamine, propylene glycol, n-pentane, cement, steel slag micropowder, slag, water and the like. The double-liquid grouting method comprises the steps that firstly, the specific area and depth of a bridgehead water-rich roadbed disease are detected by means of a ground penetrating radar and a high-density electrical method, the deepest position of a void or water-rich area serves as the depth of a grouting hole, and two kinds of liquid are poured into the disease position at the same time through a cement grouting pump and a polyurethane high-pressure grouting pump. The grouting material has excellent elasticity, durability and compressive strength and ultra-low permeability coefficient, and the double-liquid grouting method can realize non-excavation type rapid repair of bridgehead water-rich roadbed void and can rapidly detect a roadbed water-rich or void area, so that a bridge operates safely and stably for a long time, and the service life of the bridge is prolonged.
