The invention relates to a flexible reinforced grouting material and a preparation method thereof.The flexible reinforced grouting material comprises polyvinyl alcohol fibers and slurry, and the slurry comprises, by mass, 1000 parts of a cementing material, 150-250 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 470-530 parts of water, 30-50 parts of a coagulant, 3-5 parts of an early strength agent, 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 2-4 parts of a defoaming agent. 3-5 parts of an expanding agent; the volume ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol fibers to the slurry is (3-5): 1000. Compared with the prior art, the flexible reinforced grouting material disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high flow state, modulus matching, high interface bonding strength and the like, the preparation method is simple, the construction is convenient and fast, and the damage repair effect on a cement stabilized macadam base is better.
