The invention discloses a high-content phosphogypsum foam light soil roadbed backfill material and a preparation method thereof. The high-content phosphogypsum foam light soil roadbed backfill material is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, mineral powder, phosphogypsum, a high-stability composite foaming agent, a coagulant, a composite waterproof agent, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, water and corn straw fibers. According to the high-doping-amount phosphogypsum foam light soil roadbed backfill material, the doping amount of the phosphogypsum in the cementing material exceeds 50%, the production cost of the foam light soil is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the phosphogypsum is consumed, and the high-doping-amount phosphogypsum foam light soil roadbed backfill material has important significance on low-carbon sustainable development of the building material industry. The high-stability composite foaming agent is adopted for prolonging the stability of foam, meanwhile, the slow-dissolving phosphogypsum and the alkaline coagulant are adopted for jointly accelerating coagulation, the early strength of the foam concrete is improved, the stearic acid and latex composite waterproof agent is adopted, the water resistance of the high-dosage phosphogypsum foam light soil is improved, and the water resistance of the high-dosage phosphogypsum foam light soil is improved. Therefore, the strength and the water resistance of the high-content phosphogypsum foam light weight meet the construction filling requirements of a roadbed backfill material.
