Cryogenic heat insulation composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a cryogenic heat insulation composite material which is a fiber felt material and comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of high-performance fiber, 10-40 parts of calcium silicate, 5-15 parts of iron silicate and 0.3-0.7 part of silicone oil, the high-performance fiber is one or more of alkali-free glass fiber, basalt fiber, aluminum magnesium fiber and silicon oxide fiber. The composite material is good in low-temperature performance, stable in structure at low temperature, low in volume shrinkage rate and good in heat insulation performance, and meets the cryogenic heat insulation requirement.
本发明提供了一种深冷绝热复合材料,该材料为纤维毡材,按质量计,包括以下组分:高性能纤维:100份,硅酸钙:10‑40份,硅酸铁:5‑15份,硅油:0.3‑0.7份;所述高性能纤维为无碱玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、铝镁质纤维和氧化硅纤维中的一种或者多种。该复合材料的低温性能好,在低温下结构稳定,体积收缩率低,绝热性能良好,满足深冷绝热要求。
