The invention relates to the field of road materials, and particularly discloses emulsified asphalt for a concrete bridge deck pavement waterproof bonding layer, a preparation method of the emulsified asphalt and a bridge deck pavement structure. The emulsified asphalt is prepared from raw materials including a water-based emulsion, an acrylate monomer, a photoinitiator and anionic emulsified asphalt; the water-based emulsion is prepared by forming a prepolymer from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and long-chain fatty amine containing carbon-carbon double bonds, then connecting isocyanate and then closing an NCO group, and the carbon chain length of the long-chain fatty amine containing carbon-carbon double bonds is greater than or equal to 10. The pavement structure comprises a waterproof bonding layer and an asphalt concrete pavement layer, the asphalt concrete pavement layer is prepared from raw materials including matrix asphalt, thermoplastic resin, multi-chain polyolefin and specifically graded aggregate; the specific graded aggregate is stone pretreated by an amino silane coupling agent. The waterproof bonding layer and the pavement structure have good mechanical properties and bonding strength, and the influence on the environment in the construction process is small.
