A material discharging frame is fixedly connected to the raw material box, an inclined panel is fixedly connected to the vehicle frame, a lineation box is arranged on the inclined panel, a rotating shaft is installed in a box cover through a bearing, and a motor is fixedly connected to the box cover. The laser heating mechanism is additionally arranged on the frame, before the line drawing process, the ground can be preheated through laser sprayed out of the laser nozzle, after line drawing is completed, raw materials can be heated (clad) and solidified through the laser, and the heated (clad) and solidified marked line can be cooled through the air cooling mechanism; therefore, construction time can be reduced, and traffic is prevented from being affected.
