The method has the advantages that the practicability is very high, and the problem of reconstruction of the existing river railway bridge is solved; the method is simple in structure, convenient to construct, small in influence on safety of the existing railway, small in influence on drainage of the existing riverway and good in effect, provides a new thought and method for a new project to pass through old bridges, dangerous bridge projects or old bridge reconstruction projects of the railway in the riverway, and has very high popularization and use values.
