The invention discloses a slab culvert moving rack construction method which comprises a rack and a formwork system, and the rack is used for moving the formwork system. The construction method comprises the following steps of S100, part machining; s200, the rack is assembled; s300, a formwork system is installed and adjusted; s400, wall body construction is conducted; s500, rack displacement is carried out; s600, a next section of wall body is constructed; and S700, the step S400 and the step S600 are circulated till wall body construction is completed. According to the slab culvert movable rack construction method, a pull rod fixing steel formwork is replaced with the rack and the formwork system, and when adjacent wall body sections are constructed, the formwork system is driven by the rack to move, so that the formwork system is more convenient to transfer, smaller in workload and faster to transfer, labor cost is reduced, material turnover loss is small, and construction efficiency is improved. And engineering cost and construction period control is facilitated.
