The invention relates to the field of water conservancy projects, and discloses a fill channel frost heaving and seepage preventing structure which is sequentially provided with a concrete lining layer, a waterproof layer, a heat preservation layer, a drainage layer and a sand cushion layer from top to bottom. An expansion joint structure is adopted in the splicing position of the two concrete prefabricated parts, a rubber water stop belt is arranged at the expansion joint structure, the concrete prefabricated parts are formed by splicing and connecting a plurality of concrete prefabricated blocks into a whole through a preset joint structure, and the joint structure is filled with structural waterproof glue. A multi-protection system is formed through the waterproof layer, the drainage layer, the drainage pipe, the ventilation pipe and other structures, water exchange between the lining structure and foundation soil can be effectively isolated, the water content and the frost heaving rate of the foundation soil are reduced, redundant water in the foundation soil and the structure is discharged in time, and therefore leakage and frost heaving damage of a filling channel are effectively prevented.
