The invention discloses a wellhead piece mounting method. The wellhead piece mounting method comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating a wellhead piece and a deck piece on land; s2, the upper stand columns penetrate through the deck pieces, and the deck pieces are reinforced through tie bars; s3, sliding shoes are installed in the middle of the bottom face of the bottommost deck piece, wellhead pieces are installed on the two sides of the bottommost deck piece through temporary supporting pipes, and the wellhead pieces are connected with the bottommost deck piece through chain blocks; s4, a supporting pipe is placed on the bottommost deck piece, and the whole assembly is moved to a transport ship through sliding shoes; s5, driving the transport ship to a proper position on the sea, aligning the upper stand column to the lower stand column, and slowly lowering and connecting; s6, the temporary supporting pipe is cut off, the chain block is lowered to a proper position, a supporting pipe is welded to the position of the original temporary supporting pipe, and at the moment, the wellhead piece is located at the proper position of the upper end of the oil guide pipe; and S7, the transport ship leaves, and operation is completed. According to the method, land integrated construction is adopted, wellhead piece prefabrication is completed ashore, and collision with a transport ship and an oil guide pipe during in-place installation is avoided.
