According to the long-spiral double-pipe high-pressure stirring and spraying pile construction device, a water spraying nozzle is rotatably arranged on the side wall of a drill rod, a co-acting mechanism, an elastic assembly and a detection rod are further arranged in the drill rod, the top of the detection rod penetrates through the elastic assembly and then is fixedly connected with the co-acting mechanism, and the co-acting mechanism can be matched with the end, away from a water spraying opening, of the water spraying nozzle; the bottom of the detection rod axially penetrates through the drill bit and then can make contact with the bottom face of a pile hole, the water spray nozzle has a first position and a second position, and when the water spray nozzle is located at the first position, water flow sprayed by the water spray nozzle falls on the side wall of the pile hole and is located on the outer side of the outer diameter of the stirring blade. When the water spray nozzle is located at the second position, the sprayed water flow falls on the bottom surface of the pile hole and is located outside the outer diameter of the drill bit. The water spray nozzle in the design can be automatically switched between a diameter expanding state and a rock breaking state according to the hardness property of a soil layer in the drilling process of the drill bit, the diameter expanding effect during rock stratum drilling can be enhanced, abrasion to the stirring blades can be reduced, and the service life of the stirring blades can be prolonged.
