Collected mixed liquid is stirred and mixed evenly by arranging the liquid flow dividing mechanism, a piston protruding block reciprocates left and right under cooperation of a driving protruding block and a material conveying plate, a piston barrel sprays out the mixed liquid through a liquid outlet pipe under the action of piston movement of the piston protruding block, and therefore secondary utilization of the undissolved mixed liquid is achieved, and the utilization rate of the mixed liquid is increased. The waste of water resources is effectively reduced; a guide rod is arranged on the surface of a movable pipe to control reciprocating swing of a guide frame, the guide frame drives a dredging frame to swing to achieve sufficient mixing of the grouting raw materials and secondarily-utilized mixed liquid, and the preparation effect of the grouting raw materials is further improved.
