The invention relates to a high-pressure jet grouting recoverable anchor cable supporting structure for a deep foundation pit and a construction method, and is applied to the field of foundation pit supporting. The supporting structure comprises a first supporting pile, a second supporting pile and an anchor cable which are used for being inserted into a soil layer of a foundation pit and adjacent to each other, and is characterized in that the adjacent supporting piles are fixedly connected through the anchor cable, and the end, away from the first supporting pile and the second supporting pile, of the anchor cable is inserted into the soil layer of the foundation pit; the other ends of the anchor cables are connected with the first supporting piles and the second supporting piles correspondingly. The method has the effect that supporting is more stable.
