The invention provides an anchoring and shotcreting supporting device in foundation pit construction, and relates to the technical field of supporting structures, the anchoring and shotcreting supporting device comprises a protection pipe, a first torsion disc, a second torsion disc and a plurality of anchor cables, the protection pipe is fixed in an anchor hole, and the first torsion disc and/or the second torsion disc are/is arranged in the protection pipe; the first torsion disc or the second torsion disc rotates relative to the protective tube when being subjected to a torsion force exceeding a preset value; the anchor cable penetrates through the first torsion disc and the second torsion disc and comprises a torsion section located between the first torsion disc and the second torsion disc, and the torsion section is inclined to the axis of the protection pipe in the initial state. By arranging the first torsion disc and/or the second torsion disc capable of rotating relative to the protection pipe, the torsion section in the anchor cable can be twisted by a certain angle, under the deterioration working conditions such as geological structure creep deformation, the torsion section can release part of anchor cable tension, and therefore the yielding effect is achieved, and anchor cable failure is avoided.
