The invention relates to an open caisson deviation control device which comprises a concrete abutment, a chain hoist and socket columns, the concrete abutment is anchored into a sandy soil layer through the four socket columns to be fixed, the concrete abutment is provided with a guide groove, a horizontal steel beam, a hydraulic jack and a boss, the horizontal steel beam is placed in the guide groove, and the hydraulic jack is arranged in the boss. The top end of the jack abuts against the horizontal steel beam, the tail end of the hydraulic jack is fixed to the boss, the boss is connected with a shaft of the open caisson through a chain block chain block, and a pulley is arranged at the end of the horizontal steel beam.
