The invention provides a foundation structure and a wind driven generator, and the foundation structure comprises a first prefabricated foundation, a second prefabricated foundation and a third prefabricated foundation, a plurality of fan-shaped grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the first prefabricated foundation, and a foundation beam is formed between every two adjacent fan-shaped grooves; a plurality of second prefabricated foundations and a plurality of third prefabricated foundations; wherein the second prefabricated foundation is arranged in the fan-shaped groove and is detachably connected with the foundation beam; or parts of the third prefabricated foundations are arranged in the fan-shaped grooves and detachably connected with the foundation beams, and the adjacent third prefabricated foundations are detachably connected. According to the foundation structure and the wind driven generator, when a low-power wind driven generator is replaced with a high-power wind driven generator, the second prefabricated foundation can be detached from the first prefabricated foundation, and the third prefabricated foundation can be installed on the first prefabricated foundation, so that rapid transformation of the foundation is achieved; therefore, the difficulty of transforming the wind driven generator foundation is effectively reduced, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the high construction quality is guaranteed.
