A construction method of a basement bottom plate advanced water stop post-cast strip is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, when post-cast strip earthwork is excavated, the two sides of a bottom opening are expanded outwards by 500 mm compared with the width of a foundation post-cast strip, and b, the basement bottom plate advanced water stop post-cast strip is arranged and comprises the following steps that firstly, the structure of the advanced water stop post-cast strip is designed, and (2) upper-layer reinforcing steel bars and lower-layer reinforcing steel bars which are matched with each other are arranged on the lower portion of the fast-easy closing-up net, each of the upper-layer reinforcing steel bars and the lower-layer reinforcing steel bars is provided with two independent reinforcing steel bar net racks which are bilaterally symmetrical, water stop caulking seams are vertically formed in the middles of the two independent reinforcing steel bar net racks, and rubber water stop belts are arranged between the upper-layer reinforcing steel bars and the lower-layer reinforcing steel bars. According to the advanced water stopping post-cast strip structure, the post-cast strip part is thickened in advance to form a whole, different sedimentation and telescopic deformation requirements are met, the water stopping effect can be achieved before the basement post-cast strip is poured, the construction quality of the post-cast strip is guaranteed, the dewatering and cleaning cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved. The method has the advantages of being good in applicability and application effect.
一种地下室底板超前止水后浇带的施工方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：a、后浇带土方开挖时，底口两边比基础后浇带宽度外扩500mm，b、设置地下室底板超前止水后浇带，包括以下步骤：（1）超前止水后浇带结构设计，（2）快易收口网下部设置相互配合的上层钢筋和下层钢筋，上层钢筋和下层钢筋各设有左右对称的两个独立钢筋网架，两个独立钢筋网架的中间竖向设有止水嵌缝，上层钢筋和下层钢筋之间设有橡胶止水带。本发明具有超前止水后浇带结构在后浇带部分事先进行加厚处理形成一个整体，满足不同沉降、伸缩变形，又能在地下室后浇带灌注前满足止水效果，保证了后浇带的施工质量，节约了降水和清理的成本，具有良好的适用性和适用效果的优点。
