A second guide pipe is connected to the first guide pipe in a relatively rotating mode, and a first spray head is arranged on the second guide pipe. During use, the body continuously moves forwards, the first spray head sprays high-pressure water flow to be used for cutting sludge gathered at the bottom of the pipeline, the sludge slides into the body along the cleaning plate, then the inner wall of the pipeline is secondarily brushed through the bristles, finally, third-time cleaning is conducted through the second spray head, and the use effect is good. Meanwhile, the cleaning plates of the device are array type independent metal plates, are attached to the lower wall of the pipeline by means of self weight, can adapt to pipelines with different pipe diameters and are good in using effect.
