The invention discloses a construction method for a suspension elevator shaft. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing a suspension framework; secondly, an elevator shaft bottom plate is constructed; 3, constructing a third-layer prefabricated wallboard; 4, constructing a second layer of prefabricated wallboards; 5, constructing a first layer of prefabricated wallboards; sixthly, a suspension framework deformation monitor is pre-buried; and 7, performing waterproof and anti-seepage treatment. According to the construction method, the simulated construction suspension framework is adopted from top to bottom, a mounting foundation is provided for the prefabricated wall plates of the suspension elevator shaft, it is avoided that a supporting foundation layer is laid in a basement elevator descending plate, then the prefabricated wall plates are sequentially assembled from bottom to top, construction is in order, the construction procedure that the supporting foundation layer is dismantled in a narrow space in the later period is omitted, and the construction efficiency is improved. The effect that a shaft way of the shock insulation elevator shaft and a basement elevator descending plate are disconnected on the lower portion of a shock insulation layer is guaranteed, meanwhile, a suspension framework deformation monitor is pre-buried on a suspension framework, real-time data about whether the suspension framework deforms or not are monitored, and the operation safety state of the suspension elevator shaft is monitored.
