The invention provides a fixing device and a fixing method for a construction formwork of a wall corner, the fixing device is used for assisting in fixing a wall inner side formwork and a wall outer side formwork of the construction wall corner, the wall inner side formwork is provided with a first inner side face and a second inner side face which are arranged at an included angle, and the wall outer side formwork is provided with a first outer side face and a second outer side face which are arranged at an included angle. The fixing device comprises a wall inside and outside frame body and a connecting assembly, wherein the wall inside frame body comprises a first inner matching piece and a second inner matching piece which are arranged at an included angle; the wall outer side frame body is used for being arranged corresponding to the wall inner side frame body and comprises a first outer matching piece and a second outer matching piece which are arranged in an included angle mode. The connecting assembly is used for being arranged on the wall inner side formwork and the wall outer side formwork in a penetrating mode and detachably connecting the wall inner side frame body and the wall outer side frame body so that the first inner matching piece and the second inner matching piece can be pressed on the first inner side face and the second inner side face correspondingly, and the first outer matching piece and the second outer matching piece can be pressed on the first outer side face and the second outer side face correspondingly. The fixing device can be used for fixing a construction template of a wall corner with a non-right-angle corner.
