Water is supplied into the container tank through the liquid inlet pump, residues cleaned by the cleaning device are sucked together through the liquid return pipe and the cleaning liquid, and after the residues enter the filter and are filtered by the filter screen, the cleaning liquid is reused and circularly enters the container tank through the liquid inlet pipe, so that dust pollution and sewage discharge are avoided.
