Novel self-supporting floor slab joint connecting method
In the technical field of building construction, a large amount of supports are needed in the construction stage of a laminated slab so as to guarantee the stability of a structure before pouring and maintenance are completed, and due to the site problems of beam and slab construction procedures and the like during installation of the laminated slab, the situation that lap joint steel bars of the laminated slab are violently bent exists, original lattice arrangement of the steel bars is damaged, and the normal working capacity of the lap joint steel bars is affected. Due to the support-free characteristic of the support-free floor slab, main stress components supported by the truss bottom plate and jointly stressed in the construction stage are converted into truss stress, and under the support-free condition, the steel bar truss stress generates large deflection; therefore, the common connection mode and the construction method of the laminated slab, the concrete structure shear wall and the steel structure steel beam are not suitable for the self-supporting floor slab. Therefore, for the self-supporting floor slab, development of related nodes has certain necessity. In view of the fact that the connection mode in the laminated slab construction stage is not suitable for the self-supporting floor slab, the novel connection method for the self-supporting floor slab, the steel beam and the shear wall joint is provided, the method is suitable for a concrete structure and a steel structure at the same time, the self-supporting floor slab can be helped to be free of supporting better, and the effects of reducing the deflection in the floor slab construction stage and improving the construction efficiency are achieved. In addition, the method has the advantages of being high in stability, rapid in installation and the like, the floor installation efficiency in the construction stage is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
在建筑施工技术领域中,叠合板施工阶段需大量支撑,以保证结构浇筑养护完成前的稳定性,在叠合板安装时因梁与板施工工序等现场问题,还存在暴力掰弯叠合板搭接钢筋的情况,破坏钢筋原有的晶格排列,影响搭接钢筋正常工作能力。免支撑楼板又因其免支撑特性,导致施工阶段主要受力构件由桁架底板支撑共同受力转变成为桁架受力,无支撑情况下钢筋桁架受力将产生较大的挠度,因此叠合板与混凝土结构剪力墙和钢结构钢梁的常用连接方式以及施工方法不适用于自承式楼板。故针对自承式楼板,进行相关节点的开发具有一定的必要性。鉴于叠合板施工阶段连接方式不适用于自承式楼板,本发明提供了一种自承式楼板与钢梁和剪力墙节点的新型连接方法,该方法同时适用于混凝土结构和钢结构,可以帮助自承式楼板更好的实现免支撑,起到减小楼板施工阶段挠度,防止混凝土浇筑过程中产生楼板错位等现象的发生,且该方法具有稳定性高和安装快速等优点,提高施工阶段楼板安装效率,节省工期。
