The invention provides a self-repairing device and method for repairing underground engineering cracks. The self-repairing device comprises a steel grouting pipe, and the steel grouting pipe is arranged in a wall of underground engineering; a plurality of sound wave emitters are arranged on the periphery of the wall of the underground engineering, and a sound wave receiver is installed on the steel grouting pipe; an inlet of the steel grouting pipe is connected with the slurry storage tank; a spring switch vibration sensor is installed on the steel grouting pipe and located above the sound wave receiver. A normally closed electromagnetic valve is mounted at the upper end of the steel grouting pipe; a slurry discharging pipe is mounted at the bottom end of the steel grouting pipe; a gravity sensing switch and a normally closed electromagnetic valve are mounted at the bottom end of the steel grouting pipe; the steel grouting pipe is connected with an electric grouting pump used for grouting and used for pumping mixed liquid of the epoxy resin latent curing agent and the novel magnetic epoxy resin cement grout into the steel grouting pipe. The repairing speed of the cracks in the underground engineering structure is increased, the requirements in actual engineering are met, and the problem that a traditional construction mode cannot solve the problem that the cracks of the underground engineering structure are difficult to repair is solved.
