The invention discloses a composite electronic lock cylinder which comprises a lock cylinder main body and a shifting pick which is located on the lock cylinder main body and drives a lock to act through rotation, the end, located outside a door, of the lock cylinder main body is rotationally connected with a mechanical handle, and the end, located inside the door, of the lock cylinder main body is rotationally connected with an electronic handle. A mechanical clutch assembly used for controlling whether the mechanical handle and the shifting pick rotate synchronously or not is arranged between the mechanical handle and the shifting pick, the electronic handle and the shifting pick are in transmission connection and rotate synchronously, and the mechanical handle is provided with a first rotating part inserted into the lock cylinder body. An electric control clutch assembly used for controlling whether the first rotating part and the electronic handle rotate synchronously or not according to control signals is arranged between the first rotating part and the electronic handle. The mechanical clutch assembly comprises a key hole located in the end of the mechanical handle and used for inserting a key to control the mechanical clutch assembly to act.
