Self-locking assembly
The self-locking assembly is applied to a door and window, and the door and window comprises a frame part and a sash part which can be oppositely opened and closed; the self-locking assembly comprises a first lock seat and a first lock rod; the first lock seat is arranged on one of the frame part and the sash part, a first accommodating part is arranged on the first lock seat, and the first accommodating part can be stressed to retract and rebound to extend out relative to the first lock seat; the first lock rod is arranged on the other one of the frame part and the fan part, and a bulge is arranged on the first lock rod; when the sash part is closed relative to the frame part, the protrusion abuts against the outer side of the first containing part and pushes the first containing part to retract, the protrusion enters the first containing part, and the first containing part rebounds and stretches out after the protrusion enters the first containing part so as to prevent the protrusion from being disengaged from the opening and closing direction of the door and window. When the door and window swings to a closed state when encountering strong wind, the first lock seat and the first lock rod are matched to directly conduct self-locking so as to prevent continuous swinging, the door and window can be locked without manually operating a handle, and the problem that the service life of the door and window is affected due to the fact that the door and window swings when encountering strong wind is solved.
本发明公开了一种自锁组件,应用于门窗,门窗包括可相对开合的框部和扇部;自锁组件包括第一锁座和第一锁杆;第一锁座设置于框部和扇部中的一个上,第一锁座上设有第一容纳部,第一容纳部可相对第一锁座受力缩回和回弹伸出;第一锁杆设置于框部和扇部中的另一个上,第一锁杆上设有凸起;当扇部相对框部闭合时,凸起抵接到第一容纳部的外侧并推动第一容纳部缩回,使凸起进入第一容纳部中,第一容纳部在凸起进入后回弹伸出以限制凸起从门窗的开合方向脱出。本发明在门窗遇强风摆动到闭合状态时,由第一锁座和第一锁杆配合直接进行自锁以防止继续摆动,不需要通过人工操作执手即可实现门窗锁闭,解决了门窗遇强风摇晃影响门窗使用寿命的问题。
