The invention discloses an indoor air optimization method for intelligently controlling window opening according to indoor and outdoor air quality, which comprises the following steps: collecting indoor air quality parameters including indoor PM2.5 content, indoor CO2 content, indoor HCHO content, indoor TVOC content, indoor temperature and indoor humidity; outdoor air quality parameters are collected, wherein the outdoor air quality parameters comprise the outdoor PM2.5 content, the air speed, the temperature and humidity, the rainfall capacity and the outdoor air quality index AQI; calculating according to the indoor air quality parameter to obtain an indoor air quality index; the indoor and outdoor environment parameters are collected, the indoor air quality index is calculated to obtain the quality grade of the indoor environment, then the outdoor environment parameters are compared to determine whether a window is opened or not and determine the window opening amplitude, and then indoor and outdoor air exchange is completed. Therefore, the effect of improving the indoor environment quality is achieved.
