The invention discloses a burner structure of a belt type roasting machine. The burner structure comprises a working layer and a wear-resistant layer, the working layer is formed by pouring a working layer pouring material, and the section of the working layer is in a circular ring shape; the wear-resistant layer is formed by pouring a wear-resistant layer pouring material, the wear-resistant layer is poured at the inner bottom of the working layer, and the section of the wear-resistant layer is arc-shaped. The invention further discloses the belt type roasting machine adopting the belt type roasting machine burner structure and a manufacturing method of the belt type roasting machine burner structure. According to the invention, the wear-resistant layer and the working layer can be tightly combined and are not easy to fall off; the wear-resistant layer and the working layer are integrally formed by adopting castable and are not easy to damage; and less chromium-containing oxides are generated, so that the environmental pollution is reduced.
