The present invention makes it easy to identify a failure of a component mounted on a work machine. The controller acquires, as first snapshot data, time-series data detected during a first period, and acquires, as second snapshot data, time-series data detected during a second period following the first period. The storage unit stores information in which a deviation of a physical quantity for monitoring the operating state of the component from a normal range is associated with a failure of the component, which is a cause of the deviation. The controller determines a failure of the component on the basis of the first snapshot data, the second snapshot data, and the information stored in the storage unit.
本发明容易确定搭载于作业机械的组件的故障。控制器取得在第一期间内检测到的时间序列数据作为第一快照数据,且取得在比第一期间靠后的第二期间内检测到的时间序列数据作为第二快照数据。在存储部中存储有用于监视组件的动作状况的物理量从正常的范围的偏离与作为该偏离的原因的组件的故障建立关联而得的信息。控制器基于第一快照数据、第二快照数据以及存储于存储部的信息,确定组件的故障。
