The repairing device comprises a frame, and a grooving and soil covering mechanism and a seeding mechanism are arranged on the frame; the groove digging and soil covering mechanism comprises a driving motor, a soil digging shovel and a soil covering shovel, a front shaft is rotationally installed in front of the frame, the driving motor is installed on the frame and is in transmission connection with the front shaft through a first transmission mechanism, the soil digging shovel is rotationally installed on the frame and is in transmission connection with the front shaft, and a rear shaft is rotationally installed on the rear side, away from the front shaft, of the frame and is in transmission connection with the soil covering shovel. The rear shaft and the front shaft are in transmission connection through a belt transmission assembly, a slide way frame is connected to the rear shaft in a sliding mode, and the covering shovel is fixedly installed on the slide way frame; the seeding mechanism comprises a hopper and a discharging mechanism arranged at a discharging hole of the hopper. Pits can be dug at certain intervals, dug soil is stacked in the direction close to the hopper, and hexagonal hollow slope protection bricks can be conveniently installed in the later period; and automatic and accurate seeding can be realized.
