The silicon-based ceramic core reinforced by the high-temperature reinforcer has excellent high-temperature performance, the high-temperature bending strength at 1550 DEG C can still reach more than 30 MPa, the high-temperature deflection at 1550 DEG C is lower than 0.8 mm, and the core-spun rate in a high-temperature casting link reaches more than 95%.
本发明涉及一种硅基陶瓷型芯高温强化剂,由硅酸乙酯:无水乙醇:盐酸:蒸馏水按照体积比(40~50):(8~15):1:(5~12)混合配制而成,该硅基陶瓷型芯高温强化剂稳定性高,长时放置不会固化,能重复多次使用。由该高温强化剂强化得到的硅基陶瓷型芯具有优异的高温性能,1550℃下的高温抗弯强度依然可达30MPa以上,1550℃下的高温挠度低于0.8mm,并且在高温浇铸环节的包芯率达95%以上。
