The invention discloses a sizing material, an adhesive tape, a low-temperature-resistant oil containment boom and a preparation method thereof, and the sizing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 10-20 parts of cis-butadiene rubber, 8-12 parts of polyisoprene rubber, 7-14 parts of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 3-6 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 8-12 parts of dioctyl sebacate, 55-70 parts of filler and 3-7 parts of silane coupling agent. 10-14 parts of a mixed accelerator and 1-4 parts of a rubber antioxidant. The sizing material is further used for preparing an adhesive tape, and the prepared adhesive tape is further used for preparing a low-temperature-resistant oil containment boom. The prepared low-temperature-resistant oil containment boom product not only has good oil resistance of a common oil containment boom, but also has special cold resistance of a low-temperature oil containment boom, and meets the use requirements under extremely cold conditions. The product is used by a user, and the general reflection effect is good.
