Asphalt pavement temperature control microwave heating healing device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering pavement maintenance, in particular to an asphalt pavement temperature control microwave heating healing device which is characterized in that the interior of a metal shell is a hollow cavity, and the end, facing an asphalt pavement, of the metal shell is of an open structure; the microwave heating assembly comprises a waveguide tube and a magnetron, the waveguide tube is fixed on a top plate of the metal shell in the vertical direction, and an emission port of the magnetron is arranged in the waveguide tube and used for carrying out microwave heating on the asphalt pavement; the infrared temperature sensor is correspondingly arranged on the side, close to the crack, of the microwave heating assembly and used for detecting the heating temperature of the asphalt pavement crack in real time. Wherein a plurality of groups of microwave heating assemblies are arranged in the metal shell and are arranged on the two sides of the crack, and the controller controls the plurality of groups of microwave heating assemblies to carry out regional heating, so that the heating temperature of an asphalt mixture under the action of microwaves can be better controlled, and damage to an asphalt pavement caused by too high temperature is avoided; and the healing performance of the asphalt mixture is ensured.
本发明涉及道路工程路面养护技术领域,尤其涉及一种沥青路面温度控制微波加热愈合装置,包括:金属壳体内部呈中空腔体,且朝向沥青路面的一端为敞口结构;微波加热组件包括波导管和磁控管,波导管沿垂直方向固定在金属壳体的顶板上,磁控管的发射口置于波导管内,用于对沥青路面进行微波加热;红外温度传感器对应设置在微波加热组件靠近裂缝的一侧,用于实时检测沥青路面裂缝处的加热温度;其中,在金属壳体内设置多组微波加热组件,多组微波加热组件设置在裂缝的两侧,控制器控制多组微波加热组件进行分区域加热,能够更好的控制沥青混合料在微波作用下的加热温度,以避免温度过高对沥青路面产生的损坏,保证了沥青混合料的愈合性能。
