The invention relates to a highway bridge roadbed pavement auxiliary construction device and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps: pouring roadbed filler into a roadbed mold; the two first electric hydraulic push rods extend at the same time, so that a sliding seat drives two electric fans to move to the position over a roadbed mold filled with roadbed filler; a traction rod is driven by a servo motor to rotate, so that the traction rod drives a sliding rail to swing front and back, a driving rack drives a connecting gear to rotate, the connecting gear drives a follow-up rack to do reciprocating motion, and two electric fans also do reciprocating motion back and forth along with the connecting gear; and the second electric hydraulic push rod drives the sliding seat to move downwards. The circulating air volume of the surface of the filled roadbed filler in the highway bridge roadbed pavement construction process can be increased, rapid evaporation of surface moisture of a roadbed filling layer is facilitated, the roadbed construction requirement is met, the construction time is shortened, and the overall construction progress of the highway bridge roadbed pavement is improved.
本发明涉及一种公路桥梁路基路面辅助施工装置及其施工方法,将路基填料倾倒至路基模具内;两个第一电动液压推杆同时伸长,使得滑动座带动两个电扇运动至内部装有路基填料的路基模具的正上方;通过伺服电机带动牵引杆旋转,使得牵引杆带动滑轨前后摆动,主动齿条再带动衔接齿轮转动,使得衔接齿轮驱动随动齿条做往复运动,两个电扇也跟着来回往复运动;通过第二电动液压推杆带动滑动座向下运动。本发明可使得公路桥梁路基路面施工过程中填筑的路基填料的表面的流通风量增多,有利于路基填筑层表面水分的快速蒸发并达到路基施工要求,缩短施工时间,提升公路桥梁路基路面整体的施工进度。
