The invention provides a bridge support and a bridge. The bridge support comprises a bottom plate. A top plate; the shearing supporting block is connected between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the shearing supporting block can buffer overturning and swinging of the top plate relative to the bottom plate through deformation. According to the bridge support, the bottom plate is used for being fixedly connected with the top face of the pier of the bridge, the top plate is used for being fixedly connected with the bottom face of the beam body of the bridge, the shearing supporting block is arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the shearing supporting block can buffer overturning and swinging of the top plate relative to the bottom plate through deformation; overturning and swinging of the bridge body are buffered by shearing the supporting blocks, so that impact of external force on a bridge structure is effectively reduced, energy transmitted to the bridge structure by vibration is reduced, and the purpose of effectively protecting the bridge structure is achieved.
