The invention discloses a reservoir infiltration leakage-proof simulation device which comprises a model groove made of transparent organic glass, a dam model, two supports, a sanding mechanism and a water level adjusting mechanism. The dam model is made of clay layers and comprises a reservoir disc, an upstream dam slope, a dam crest and a downstream dam slope which are sequentially connected from left to right. The two supports are arranged on the two sides of the model groove respectively, a guide rail is fixed between the two supports, a moving mechanism is arranged on the guide rail, and the moving mechanism is connected with a sand storage box; and the sanding mechanism is arranged on the sand storage box. According to the invention, the thickness of sediment deposited in front of the dam body and the height of the water level can be simulated through the simulation device, so that seepage damage generated by the dam body under the conditions of different sediment thicknesses and different water levels can be displayed, and the seepage damage display device can be conveniently applied to the reality, and the water level in front of the dam body and the thickness of the deposited sediment can be measured. And the seepage failure position is predicted and protected.
