The invention discloses an anti-collision connector, a single pile foundation and an offshore wind plant. The anti-collision connector comprises a connecting body which is provided with a buffer cavity; the energy storage assembly comprises an elastic buffering piece and a force transmission block, the elastic buffering piece is arranged in the buffering cavity, and the first end of the force transmission block is connected with the elastic buffering piece; the splicing type assembling assembly comprises a fixed base, a splicing base and a plug pin, one of the fixed base and the splicing base is provided with a convex part, the other one of the fixed base and the splicing base is provided with a concave part, the convex part and the concave part can be matched with each other, and the convex part and the concave part are each provided with a connecting hole allowing the plug pin to penetrate through. The fixed base and the splicing base are connected to form a clamping cavity capable of clamping the second end of the force transmission block; and a buffer gap is reserved between the connecting body and the fixed base. The anti-collision connector provided by the invention not only can realize the effect of buffering the impact force, but also can realize rapid assembly through the spliced assembly component, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
