The invention discloses a novel cement mixing pile drilling device which comprises a concrete conveying pipe, a containing cavity is formed in the bottom end of the concrete conveying pipe, a driving rod is arranged at the bottom end of the containing cavity, a drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the driving rod, and a conveying channel is formed in the concrete conveying pipe. Outlets are formed in the two sides of the section, located in the containing cavity, of the conveying channel correspondingly. A T-shaped discharging pipe communicating with the containing cavity is arranged at the bottom end of the containing cavity, and the T-shaped discharging pipe is located in the driving rod. Discharging pipes communicating with the T-shaped discharging pipe are arranged on the two sides of the driving rod. The device has the beneficial effects that the design that the conveying channel is matched with the T-shaped discharging pipe is adopted, so that concrete grout can be sprayed out from a plurality of pipelines, use is convenient, and meanwhile the flow can be controlled through the electromagnetic valve; the containing cavity can contain concrete grout for standby application, and the grout can be continuously sent out for use by opening the electromagnetic valve when needed; and the design of the stirring disc is adopted, and sufficient stirring is conducted while grouting is conducted.
