Construction method of deep foundation pit supporting system in soft soil area
The invention discloses a construction method for a deep foundation pit supporting system in a soft soil area. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a plurality of cement-soil mixing piles arranged side by side are constructed around the periphery of the boundary of an excavated foundation pit; secondly, before the cement paste is hardened, profile steel is vertically inserted into all the cement-soil mixing piles, all the profile steel is coated with an antifriction agent, all the profile steel and the cement paste in the corresponding holes are solidified together, and a profile steel cement-soil mixing retaining wall is formed; thirdly, earthwork in the foundation pit is excavated from top to bottom in a layered mode till the bottom elevation of the foundation pit is reached; when one layer is excavated every time, recoverable anchor rods/cables are driven into the side wall of the excavated layer and the circumference of the excavated layer at intervals in the circumferential direction; and fourthly, after the service life of the foundation pit is over, the profile steel is pulled out and disassembled at the position of the separation device, and the anchor rod/cable body is pulled out. According to the construction method of the supporting system of the deep foundation pit in the soft soil area, the adopted supporting system can well control deformation of the foundation pit, and the method is economical and high in water interception performance.
本发明公开了一种软土地区深基坑支护体系施工方法,如下:步骤一、在开挖基坑的边界,且绕其一周施做多个并列设置的水泥土搅拌桩;步骤二、在水泥浆硬化前,在各所述水泥土搅拌桩内竖直插入型钢,各所述型钢上均涂刷有减摩剂,各型钢与对应孔内的水泥浆凝固在一起,形成型钢水泥土搅拌挡墙;步骤三、开挖基坑内土方,由上而下分层开挖,直至开挖至基坑坑底标高;每开挖一层,在该已开挖层的侧壁上,且环向一周间隔打入可回收型锚杆/索;步骤四、基坑的使用期限结束后,将型钢拔出,在分离装置处拆开,将锚杆/索主体拔出。一种软土地区深基坑支护体系的施工方法,采用该方法,采用的支护体系能较好控制基坑的变形,且具有经济、高截水性。
